Joy Of Love- "what they do"

I'm participating in a FREE online photography class by Willette called "Joy Of Love" and I'm loving every challenge!!


Day 1 was "what they do"

My hubby is a Elecro-mechanical technician for THE mouse at disneyland!! He's been there for over 10 years and really enjoys his job.
These pictures were taken at California Adventures in front of the new BullsEye game where I won our baby girl her very own Bullseye while we were waiting for daddy's photoshoot. :)

Day 5 Under the Kitchen Sink Chaos

oh my! this was not a pretty sight! All I can say is thank goodness for child safety locks! I know it doesn't even look like I organized anything but I promise I did take everything out. Throw out several bottles of icky icky chemicals and clean it all out. Then just put everything thing else back in neatly! No extra baskets left since my craft room. So i used an old flower vase to put my sponges in.

I should've really thrown out ALL of the chemicals since I usually only use vinegar and baking soda, but I just can't throw money out the window all at once! So i will put it back in the WAY back "just in case."

Oh and I also loooooove my new shark mop! I really don't need all that floor cleaning mess now, but again...just in case!


So I work for the next two days....12.5 hour shifts so I hate to say but it won't be much organizing for me! But Sunday will be my catch up day! I can't wait to see what Toni has in store!

Day 3-Tupperware Tango

Well, well, well. something that i already had pretty much organized. The hubby and I tackled this job about a year ago when we threw out all plastic tupperware saving only a few that we keep in the truck for "doggie bags" when visiting family/friends. just in case. :)









We now only use pyrex. better for us and the environment! And suprisingly much easier to keep organized. Although it could use a lil spiffing up, so one with the before and after shots! Thanks again to Toni at A Bowl Full of Lemons for giving me the encouragement and inspiration i need!

Even worked on some other cabinets that were overflowing with baby bottles and things that we are no longer needed! Now I have a whole new spot to fill up! It's perfect b/c later this week we are tearing out a cabinet and replacing it with open shelving so I am super excited to share those with you! No choice but to be neat and organized! Thankfully it is only ONE cabinet!

Day 2- Disappearing Desktop

WOWzer!! I can't believe my craft room has been such a challenge!! I have lived in my house for 1.5 years and have hardly used my sacred craft room. Of course I did move in one month after having a new baby. But enough is enough!

Thanks to the 21 day challenge I am tackling my clutter! You cant even see my desktop before. Notice anything BIG hiding in the mess?? *HINT: the vinyl roll is next to it! I already want the newer model even though i haven't even been able to use the one I have due to all this!!

And my favorite part is that i get to enjoy this canister i made a few years ago!! " She who dies with the most supplies wins!" Oh and MY SILHOUETTE! Finally I get to try out all the awesome vinyl tutorials I've been bookmarking!

P.s I am sitting at my NEW clean desk writing this blog post! How awesome is that!

Day 1-The JUNK drawer overspills

So I'm doing the 21 day organizational challenge over at A Bowl Full of Lemons. I mostly need to work on my craft room, but i figure this will help get me organized after the holidays. I still have to put away all the christmas decor. EK!

So here is one of my many junk drawers

I was tempted to leave the stuff here or put it all back in a "neat pile" but I finally found a spot for everything and it feels so good to have a place for everything and everything in it's place!!

Organizing is a challenge but the hardest part for me is finding time to post daily blogs. Pictures are the worst. It takes forever! Well at least it take me forever!! LOL. Also on Fri & Sat I work 12.5 hours so I will be catching up on everyone's free day (sunday). So if any expert bloggers out there have advice on how they manage daily blogs I would appreciate any advice, esp with pictures! Thanks!!

Funny story. I didn't realize Sunday was free day so today I have been up and blog Stalking Toni since 7am!! LOL. Can't wait 'til tomorrow!

Organize in 2011 with A Bowl Full of Lemons

oooo....i love a new year and especially a challenge!

My NY resolution for 2011 (besides losing my "baby" weight) is to ORGANIZE my millions of photos and do something creative with them! So when I saw the challenge at A Bowl Full of Lemons I had to jump on the bandwagon!

The new year is a perfect time to get organized and if I organize more i will have more time to take more pictures!! Best part-she is doing a giveaway! I <3 giveaways!
